Does everyone agree, that we should move the collision system from xith-tk to a legacy JAR?

I do not agree to do it until we have a discussion with t_larkworthy. I want to know if JOODE collision detection system is useable separately, in which cases we could provide linking classes with Xith3D, which would be appreciable..
