Hi! Is Xith3D not actively developed anymore? I mean, either there's nothing to do, all bugs fixed, or people have better things to do? Smiley
Just asking to see if people moved on but the project is relatively bugless, so no more commits on svn needed because of that and also because no more features are planned.
From your point of view, which one would be better to use jme3 or xith3d ?
I want to use xith3d but it's kinda sad if no one is updating it on svn...
I see some really great concepts in it, warms my heart Smiley and I am only beginning to read how to use it. And I really like concepts man xD I'd develop something just so it would be done "right" Smiley That being said, I'm a bad developer, if "developer" even exists when preceded by that.

I was happy to see that with minimal effort I was able to use it in eclipse...
Because jme3 is currently broken on svn and they don't offer eclipse support anymore, I've searched for alternatives... and xith3d sound like a plan Smiley
What I want to do with it is something like skyrails (see first youtube video if you search for that) and with a berkeleydb backing. And I'm not yet sure how I'll be able to handle like 10million spheres or similar without running at 0fps, for now.

Anyway, here just checking making sure people are still alive here and should I be finding any bugs(which happens all the time *sigh*) it's good to know if anyone's here to fix them as I report them.

Peace on Smiley

At the moment none of the developers seems to have spare time to offer to the project. This includes myself. There are open points on the list and there are bugs. Though the project seems to run pretty well all in all as it is now.

In the end it is open source and is not meant to be developed by one or two individuals and used by everyone else. If someone needs additional features, he's free to contribute.
