It seemed more appropriate to move the features into Window than Frame.  All checked in.

I didn't realize that setMaxRedrawFrequency() was static.  That was clearly going to be a big problem.  As suggested, I now call setSize() in drawAndUpdateWidget(). 

I don't remember, why I did that. But I'm sure, I had a good reason Smiley. Anyway, if you find a non-static way, I am more than happy with it.

Nah, it's fine, I thought I was only changing the refresh rate on the window I was moving, not the whole HUD.  Anyway, I don't need to do that anymore.
