Some demos don't return to the launcher, although the corresponding checkbox in the launcher is active? Is this a known behaviour?

Well, the only tests, where this behaviour is known, are the Swing integration tests. But I think, I could fix that.

Which tests don't return to the launcher?

I've been doing my part finding bugs (poor Marvin) so I'll let Oliver handle this one.  I'll just add a note that about half of the tests fail to return to the launcher for me.  I never considered it a priority.

Thank you very much for the detailed tests Smiley.

If you're using JOGL layer, the app is cosed with a System.out.exit(0) when enclosing Window's X-Button is clicked. Reacting on a window close click like this is not possible in LWJGL (as far as I know). Therefore I cannot provide an abstract solution, that works with all OpenGLLayers. So it is simply ignored. Clicking on the X-Button can't return to the Launcher.

The missing Textures warnings are normal for all the Q3 tests. They all run on each system with suitable hardware and drivers. So your assumption is right, that it crashes because of your hardware or drivers. Sometimes it helps to install the latest driver.

The extreme slowness of the physics demos will be solved when we've finally moved to JOODE.

As I mentioned earlier, it is known, that the Swing demos don't return to the launcher, which can be fixed.

The only demo, that surprises me to not return to the launcher is HUD3DTest. I will check that.

So, thanks again for your effort.

Okay, i'll correct myself, return to launcher works... I just oversaw
the "Exit" button of the HUD, silly me!!
(hmmm, it even works with the esc key now... strange, seems not to be stable
here...)

NOTE: If changed the entry in the list above via EDIT.

But the HUD3Test crashes often here.. but this maybe for memory reasons of the jvm..
(?)
