Hi all,

I'm working through the examples in XIN2. For the empty scene, the text says that what should be displayed is just a grey window. However, I get what appears to be an uninitialized video buffer (see attached screenshot). Is this normal? I'm using OSX.

Thanks,

I know that when I start a Xith3D application, it displays the content of the previous OpenGL scene.... so maybe when a canvas is created Xith3D should just render a black screen ?

This was happening prior to 0.9.0. No the canvas is cleared (overpainted with black) right after it has been created and when it is clearly destroyed. So this should not happen when you use a recent version. Which version do you use?

I use OSX (on a MacBook Pro) and have never seen this issue.  I regularly use SWT mode but also use AWT and Swing.  The only major problem I ever had was that I never could get LWJGL working.
