I use the particleCollectoion from desertRock http://xith.org/archive/desertrock/. I attached it to a flying object. The shape is generated with a QuadArray and don't appear in the most camera-angles. So I think I've to adjust the shape on the camera. How can I do this? Billboards?

Well, I also saw this problem in the PhongLighting demo, where this particle system is used. Though I would say, it doesn't appear in some view headings. I guess the problem is, that the particle system doesn't have appropriate bounds. I didn't investigate this problem any further, since guilhermegrg's Particlesystem will completely obsolete it. But I guess, you could help yourself, if you would apply some kind of "scheduling bounds" to the regular bounds of the PS'es bounds. This means you would apply bounds large enough to always include the PS in any position, where you plan it to be at any time.
